About Steve

Steve has extensive experience as a business founder, owner, and consultant. He has led companies in construction, manufacturing, insurance services, and management consulting. He provides communication, strategy, business development, and marketing consulting to companies around the world. To his great amazement, he is Professional Faculty, Peru County Manager, and Region Manager Africa for the Global Consulting Practicum program of The Wharton School of Business of The University of Pennsylvania, is Consulting Professor of the National University of Singapore, and is President of Benari LTD, a strategy and marketing consultancy. He’s also a founding partner of Conversation On Networking, the world’s leader in interactive, educational programs for improving your ability to develop and maintain great relationships for business and life.

Lately, he’s been traveling around the country speaking on networking, branding, communication, business development, and cultural integration. He co-authored the book Conversation On Networking and recently completed a mentoring and activity book for Big Brothers Big Sisters. He currently is working on a sequel to Conversation On Networking. And there’re lots of random articles and such floating around that came from his pen. Sometimes you even see him quoted in the Wall Street Journal or other publications and occasionally he pops up on the radio or television.

Over the years he co-founded and then led Workers Transition Network into becoming a national company resolving long term workers compensation and disability claims. He sold WTN to Lewisco Group. And then they kept him around for a few years as a member of their executive committee. He’s been a senior advisor at Glenthorne Capital and a managing director at The Governance Group. For awhile he even ran the manufacturing operations at SECO.

Steve holds an MBA from The Wharton School. He’s Board President of Camphill Village Kimberton Hills, and board member of MoreGallons, Boynk, and Anthurium Solutions.
